Today August 22, 2019. Time: 5:15PM. I visited this facility after I had a friend make a recommendation. I was hesitant because of their star rating. after having a bad experience with a vet in Strongsville I wanted to make sure my pups were well taken care of, as well as being able to enjoy good customer service and having an overall good experience. RecommendedI do not feel, that my little voice can express how great they are! My only complaint is the wait time, but when your reputation is already so great, people come from everywhere with their little loved fur children! The compassion of ALL that work there is just not comparable! ❤️
I take all my cats to Gateway. I feel at ease to put my trust in they're care. Everyone works from what I've observed, responsibly with the utmost compassion to make sure everything is run smoothly. I highly reccomend the quality of Gateway.
It is affordable, and they were very kind.
They said my dog was fat (put him on their recommended diet) and 8 months later found out it was an enlarged liver and cancer from another vet and it was to late to do anything. They up-sell really well though. It’s like a drug pusher for dog and cat medicine companies.
Amazing staff !! They took great care of my pup battling parvo .. and she is home and doing well !!
Our first time at Gateway was a great experience. The staff is amazing and very kind/knowledgeable!!
