I am sad to say that I would probably not go back to Gateway again. I have taken all of my pets over the years and loved everything about the clinic, however on my last visit the doctor that saw my Roxanne was everything but helpful. He charged me for exam after exam which I was happy to pay but then left a voice-mail on my phone contradicting a previous call left from the hospital, he stated that my dog would not make it through surgery because of her breathing and heart murmur. RecommendedGateway has been such an amazing vet to us. Dr. Michelle and all of the vet techs treated our dog Lucy like one of their own. I could always rely on honest, good advice and when we had to put Lucy down recently due to medical issues beyond our control, Dr. Michelle and the team treated us with kindness and reassuring and pampered Lucy with lots of chocolate and love. This is the only Vet that Lucy will walk into, she loves her dr. I love that they actually listen to me and they truly care for my Lucy. 🐶💕
after being a client for 14 years I have not been able to get my dog seen for a regular check up. they are booked and not able to check in anymore patients. I've been told to get there before 8 am, and before they open during the week to be seen. Some us are essential workers and cant be there. Unacceptable that long time clients are treated this way. was even told my dog peeing blood was not enough of an emergency to get an appointment.
Great reputation for quality care. Get there early and plan a little bit of a wait (as it is a walk-in clinic)- outside, in your car, or go grab some coffee or breakfast :) We saw Dr. Blue- he was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient (considering they are very busy). All of the staff were calming, friendly and patient.

Sammy and I just wanted to thank Gateway Animal Clinic for being so wonderful when we were there on Wednesday. I've been going to them for 20 plus years and trusting only them with the care of my furry kids. Good clinic for your pet .
My husband brought my dog Cassie in there which her skin appeared to be infected! The facility never gave her a biopsy, but gave her a skin culture instead and informed us it was a skin infection! she had gotten worse! I'm furious of the services they gave her and robbed us of $256
