They took excellent care of our cat who had rubbed up against something in our basement and got an eye abrasion.
I love this animal hospital. I love that I never have to make an appointment so if I have an emergency with Maycee I don’t have to go to the Emergency clinic on W. 140th St. Gateway’s prices are reasonable and cheaper than the lat clinic I was going to 18 years ago.
Did not have a good experience with them, took my dog cause I couldnt get him with his normal vet soon. Big mistake. will never visit them again.

This week, I had to do one of the hardest things ever- say goodbye to my Belle. The amount of consideration and understanding I was shown during this time was beyond appreciated. I cannot thank the staff enough from the ladies at the front desk, to the cashier and the amazing staff that was there to help take her to her final destination. Such a dedicated group of wonderful humans who's compassion for their work goes a long way.
amazing service. I needed to update my dogs vaccinations for my airline hours before my flight. Barabara on the phone and at the desk was so helpful and informative. She and the rest of the amazing staff were able to fill everything out which saved my flight. they also provide amazing care to my yorkie who is happy and healthy. I wouldnt trust anywhere else as long as I live in Cleveland.
