My dog had a massive hematoma on her ear that was no doubt hurting her. The staff squeezed us in last minute and performed the surgery right away. Our dog is on the road to recovery and their compassion and professionalism shows they care about the animal. Thank you.
Such kind hearted, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Brought in my cat with an emergency and last minute to boot, but still was greeted so warmly by Aisline. Exceptional care from all; Aisline, Matt, Carrie and Barb. My cat Ophelia was thoroughly examined and looked after, we couldn’t be more grateful. They are always wonderful. I've taken my animals to the clinic since it opened. I remember working on fundraising to help open it in the Tremont neighborhood. Dr F. saw a need for it & he made it happen. We all thank you. If it wasn't for that clinic, many of the animals would have gone untreated at the time.
