I have been seeing Dr. Brian since he was at the apl many years ago. Followed him to gateway with everyone of my pets since it opened never have I ever been treated like a # till now . (I'm not talking about the one you pull when you walk in. ) I have a 9 year old cat that for the last 2 months has developed scabs all over her I take her in they say she is allergic to fleas??? Ok $144.00 the next mouth back again $199.00 this time it clears up 3 weeks later its back again ? Call them to explain the issue i get the flea speec... read more
I have taken 2 dogs to Gateway over the past several years. The prices are good, all of the staff is great. I have zero complaints. I would not go anywhere else :)

On Saturday mornings it's utter chaos in there, but the reason is they give great care at a reasonable price. Even with as busy as it was, they still take the time to explain everything, give you price options and do a thorough exam. Even with the "take a number" system I've never felt like a number there. When we had to put one of our dogs down, the vet was incredibly kind and took a lot of time to explain everything that was going to happen. SO glad we started going here!
Always a great experience! Everyone is warm and friendly, and you can tell they all love animals as much as us pet owners. Took great care of Ariel, my 7-month old kitten, getting spayed - incision is so tiny, and she is already acting like she did not just have surgery! And she is super happy to be home with her littermate, Sonny, and the old lady of the house, Peanut. Thanks, again!!
