Good service and friendly staff – I moved into Brentwood about 3 years ago looking into for a decent cleaners, and I've tried out a handful, but this place has the best service hands down! The place is open really late, and my husband won't take his folded shirts and pants anywhere else. It's not the cheapest, but quality is unbeatable, and they always give me some sort of discount so I end up getting a good deal.
Rude. Liars. – Order not delivered by date after reconfirming it would not be an issue. Charged a higher price than on the receipt printed at drop off. Refused to give me my order until I paid the higher price. I've never been spoken to so rudely, they have no affinity for repeat customers. Would never go there again. Then insulted me because i was not a high clientele of theirs. They have been reported to the BBB. Do not support this awful neighborhood dry cleaner.
