I went back and forth with Gates for two days working out a deal. We gave them all our personal information in order to secure financing. We were supposed to pick up the car 11/9. We live 2 hours away from the dealership. We were about 2 hrs and 15 minutes into our drive and we received a text that the owners wife, took the vehicle to Indianapolis! I did ask to test drive the Toyota. I went out to the sale and it was sold. There was a big tent sale event and hard to keep up with real-time updates I imagine but we never told it was sold. Not a huge deal but was disappointed that the only used Tundra on the lot was gone and couldn't try one out.
2 different times told car was there and drove 1 hour once just to be pressured about buying another more expensive car. Just wanted what was advertised. Wander if it existed, because it’s still listed!
The sales associate was nice he told my wife and I the car was not available because they found a problem with it Then a few days later I received a email to tell me the car sold I was no t happy did not understand what happened was the car available or not

I would say by experience was excellent . If I ever have to buy vehicle ever again I would go back to gate . P.S. One thing he forgot to follow up with Center Cancel peace. Overall excellent job
