Happy with Gates I had a wonderful experience with Gates! I received quotes from a lot of places when I needed my transmission replaced. When I called Gates, they were able to give me the lowest price and their customer service was great!! Mike and J.B. were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was fixed correctly and back to me in a decent amount of time(and they did it with a smile which is rare!). I recommend everyone that I know to Gates!! They have service like no other!
They told me the vehicle was available and it wasn’t supposedly after I went there. They were rude and unprofessional. I would not take a vehicle from them if they gave it away. Worst dealership in the area
Very helpful staff. I appreciated them calling me to let me know the used vehicle I was interested in did not pass it’s inspection. I thought their honesty & integrity went above and beyond. I would pass this information on to all that I know and definitely purchase a vehicle from them.

This dealership is horrible and they don’t return your calls and they’re still live have left this listing up like a month after it’s been sold very very unprofessional
Was not helpful at all and even though i was pre qualified and excepet the lian company i was approved by the refuse to use that company
