RecommendedAffordable, efficient, communicates well concerning plans, updates etc., city guides and tour group guides are excellent and buses are very comfortable.
Great value! It normally cost a lot more to plan a trip on your own and pay for plane tickets, hotels, meals, sightseeing, tour guide, airport transfers, etc, etc. You get all of that with Gate 1 for less and no worries or concerns. Everything is planned and taken care of. Even when certain meals are not included, you will still get guidance from the tour manager about places that are safe to eat. I have taken several trips with them and always keep coming back for more.
This is scam they take your money then they cancel tickets

The US Department of State issued a travel advisory for traveling to China last month. We previously booked a trip to China (scheduled for July) but no longer feel safe to travel there. I called Gate 1 and was told there was no one that I could to speak to regarding this but to submit my request online, which I did. The only response I received was an invoice showing that my refund was non-refundable and there was still no phone number for me to speak to anyone. traveled through the Gate 1 several times, never been disappointed, well maybe once...in a too loud hotel.
Explore Dubai & Oman trip. The trip was excellent. Gate 1 did a great job. We enjoyed learning about the history of important landmarks, relics, and culture of two countries we toured. All arrangements throughout the trip were seamless. Each city tour allowed time for photo opps. The hotels were great, the food was fantastic. All the accommodations were of a good level and were in a walking distance from a lot of things we wanted to do and to see.
