RecommendedA large part of our heavenly experience in Costa Rica was due to our angel of a tour guide , Edgardo. He shared his passion for his work and country in such an infectious way. First rate lodgings, great food,safe and comfortable travel was exceeded only by this amazingly beautiful country. Edgardo was such a major contribution to this fabulous trip and one of the primary reasons we will be using Gate 1 again!

RecommendedGreat value for the money. We’ve traveled to China, Tuscany and Greece with them. Just booked an Adriatic cruise and an Ireland fly/drive trip for later this year.
RecommendedThis is our 4th trip with Gate1.... and we will continue to travel with them. 1. They hire the best tour directors who are very knowledgeable.... they do a great job of handling the logistics and solving problems. 2. The prices are very reasonable.... great value! 3. Amazing itineraries!
RecommendedJust returned from a 10 day tour of Spain. Antonio, our tour guide, was fabulous. Visited Ireland this past fall, and Lenny Cooke, our guide there, was incredible. Bogdan, in Eastern Europe was great, too! Gate1 provides a safe and educational tour, you meet fun people, and it’s a great value. Our 4th trip is coming up in May, to Costa Rica!
