I was hospitalized and had emergency surgery on Easter and advocated to have a gastro consult in the hospital. Their office called and made me a follow up appointment scheduled for June 6th at 8:30 in the east Greenwich office. I have paperwork stating such, and a confirmation text as well. I called days beforehand to make sure they took my new insurance and they never called back. I called the morning of and their voicemail stated they were closed and opened at 9.
