As a new patient I waited 2 hours to see the doctor. So not a good first impression. I felt unheard and literally attached verbally. They kept trying to make me pay when my insurance insisted it was cover 100%.
I was treated with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. Dr. Newman and the entire staff were very friendly and supportive. It was a positive experience even though it was an awkward procedure.
Everyone in the Turkey Creek office was very kind and helpful. Dr. Newman was great and helped get my procedure scheduled quickly so that I could get my surgery done. I would definitely recommend her.
Dr. Newman is amazing! She cares about her patients and it shows. I wouldn't go to anyone else!
The nurses were much friendlier in Knoxville office, rather than Turkey Creek, but Dr. Newman is Wonderful!!!!! In Knoxville, every person who dealt with me from check in down to seeing me out was kind, friendly and amazing! Dr. Newman takes time to listen, she cares, she can laugh with me as well as be serious. Dr. Newman seems very knowledgeable and I am So Thankful I found her! I really believe she cares about helping Me. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing these services.
