Despite the fact that I needed to reschedule my colonoscopy appointment due to inefficient prep, all the staff members I encountered were incredibly nice and accommodating. It was clear that the team prioritizes getting the best possible diagnosis, and I felt encouraged to return and try the process again. Additionally, I found the scheduling and communication via MyChart to be very smooth, and my appointment was handled right on time.
Friendly and kind
Warm, friendly staff...short wait...helpful. the nurse practitioner, Beth and her assistant listened closely to me. I felt they cared about me as a person as well as a patient.
Tell ya what, if ya have to get it done, this IS the place. Who wants to be photographed from the inside out? No one is the answer. But….if ya do the technicians, nurses, specialists, all do a bang up job. Recommendations 1-10, I’d give it an honest 10. They truly have their poop together.
