Nos cobraron una tarifa como si fuera paciente nuevo a pesar de preguntar de l tarifa antes de hacer la cita ya que no soy paciente nuevo. Ellos solo piden disculpas por el error sin importar lo que ocasiona en nosotros , yo necesitaba ver al dr y no tuve más opción que pagar lo que me decían . Falta de calidad de atención al cliente .
We saw the pediatric gastroenterologist at this practice who referred us to a gastroenterology psychologist. The psychologist at this practice said that the issues were physiological and gave us exercises. A year later, doing all the exercises, we still have the same issue. We made an appointment with the psychologist - the patient determines when and where she chooses to defecate - it is NOT physiological it is 100% choice. Straight forward about information, and helped my daughter to be able to eat normally again. Wish they had a better way to contact someone but overall very satisfied with the service. I didn't like seeing their rating as a one because they deserve better than that.
