I been with them for several years, and up to this moment I have not had any complain. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and profesional. From the front desk to the girls at the appt desk in the bsck. I am very satisfy with this clinic. Very good doctors which they take their time to answer your questions and time to listen to you. Hey .
Punctuality, excellent staff treatment, good parking space. Dr and nurse informs clear and precisely how's the procedures and the reason.
I've been going for a few years now, never a problem, other then my original Doctor and P.A. left :( I was suppose to see Dr. Vee, but got the Assist. I had an Ultra sound done of my liver and thought the Dr. would tell me the results. That was disappointing :(
I think they are great. I had Dr. for many years.
The doctors actually listen to the patient’s complaint for however long they take to explain it. They are never condescending toward the patient. My doctor is Dr. Gosalia. He is very smart and thorough . I am very happy to have him. He has already helped me a lot.
They suck ..... They never have your records up to date never know who your primary are sometimes takes notes on a cheap 49 cent note pad. When you call and ask if they will have a hospital records staff lie to you and tell you they have been ordered when you get there. You are told they have no way to do that. They try to collect money you do not owe from years ago. Even though you have resolved the 20 dollar charge many times over and over again. Just another case of staff to lazy to write anything down.
