My experiences with Dr Gupta, his nurse practitioner and the woman who did an in office procedure on me were great. Each one of them really seemed to care about my situation and patiently answered all of my questions. Dr Gupta even personally called me after hours to answer a phone message I left for him. That kind of service you rarely get nowadays. Some of the office staff could be more friendly, especially handling phone calls.
I have been very happy with every appointment from the moment I check in until the moment I check out. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I went in today as an emergency walk in. Apparently I had a procedure which I knew and I’ve called ahead and cancelled in time and when they called me to remind me I told them again I could not make it being that I had no vehicle at the time and i started a new job. They’re charging me fees up to 200 dollars. Okay fine even though I called and cancelled they’re still charging me for cancellation. I’m in pain and the Er will only tell me to see a specialist.
