The doctors are really nice and all the personel is very profecional.
I’ve been going here for a long time. I called to cancel my appointment a week before it’s time and was told there is a $20 fee for canceling or rescheduling?! I would think I’m giving plenty of time to cancel. The rep said I need to give 5 business days to cancel.. well I actually called about 3 times yesterday and no answer.. so I left a message and DID NOT receive a call back. I’m sorry but to charge your patients $20 to cancel or reschedule an appt days ahead of time is really ridiculous... I can understand if it is a sa... read more
Dr. Gupta is very professional and is a good doctor. He encourages good health practices. I will go only to their Orange City office where he practices. I feel that he is primarily interested in patient health care..
Been going her for over 2 years. Drs. Are wonderful. Staff very attentive and caring.
