I drove over an hour to get to my appointment, just for them to tell me I can't be seen because my referral expired two days ago, with no prior notification. The provider was always dismissive and explained nothing regarding my condition. Everything I know about my condition has been through my own research. They also placed someone else's lab results into my patient portal, which is an extreme breach of HIPAA. I will not be returning.
The providers here are awesome. Super caring. Only reason I am giving 3 stars is because they dont answer their phone lines.
I called and got sent back to the main menu twice. Spent an hour on hold to get NOWHERE. If you have serious gastric issues don’t bother with these lazy people.
I have my health ruin 1.5 years ago in so many ways. It was unfair and I don’t want it to happen to others. I came healthy and athletic with h palory. I had a referral to see the gi doctor i called to make an appointment because they told me they were gonna call me, they never did, they hang up on me two different times as soon as I say i want to make an appointment. They are very rude there.
