If I could give this place zero stars I would. So far I have been very unsatisfied with this office. I have been trying to reschedule a phone Apt with them which I was called for during my work hours. They don’t give you an exact time of your Apt so how are you supposed to know when they will call?! I called them back in less than one minute and they NEVER answered. They take long to respond back and only through text. This is ridiculous and frustrating. I do not recommend this place, seems they don’t care.
Today, Fri 1/10/25, my mom has appointment at 8:45 for endoscopy. We went to White Memorial Hospital, they said she is not in the system. Nobody sent us another address, and we thought like 2 months ago she should has endoscopy at the same hospital. This is not right, she lost her appointment bacause of unprofessional staffs. You wasted our time, and you have to give us another appointment with the address as soos as possible. It is your responsibility to provide address for your patients.

Todo iva muy bien hasta que tengo que haser una cita después de un tratamiento y tengo hasta cierta fecha para el siguiente chequeo y nada más no contestan ni en llamadas ni en mensajes es frustrante estar llamando y llamando y largo tiempo de espera para que al último diga una máquina que no hay nadie disponible que vuelva a llamar después Ho dejar msg que también lo he hecho por varias veces y sale la misma nunca contestan 😡
This has been the worst experience of my life. I have had an infected gallbladder now for a while. Been a total of 3 emergency room visits because they refuse to actually listen. The doctor and receptionists rush you. I'm a complex case, the gallbladder issue is a symptom of a bigger issue so I wasn't quick to go the surgery route. I want time to fix the actual problem.
