We have used this facility twice in the past with no complaints but this last procedure will be the last time. Something has changed. Most folks I encountered were unprofessional and didn't seem to care about the patients. My list of complaints is quite long, but a couple include telling me my doctor couldn't make it there for the procedure and another would be taking his place, then recanting like.... oops we made a mistake??
