I had my first appointment last week. When I arrived I was told I had to pay a $150.00 "new patient" fee. I have never heard of this before. No one told me about this when I scheduled my first appointment nor do I see anything about this fee on their website. Don't you think you should forewarn new patients about this?? Why do I have to find out about this when I arrive for my appointment? Even the receptionist had a negative comment about it.
I had a preventative colonoscopy in May that was normal. Dr. Arnold was excellent and the experience was good. However the back office made a mistake coding the procedure. The coding error changes a preventative, fully covered procedure into a $1,200 bill to me. I have called multiple times and talked to two different departments. The Patient Benefits department acknowledged the coding error but it has not been corrected nor has there been any communication. RecommendedDr. Masters is an excellent physician and has helped my daughter tremendously with the treatment of her gastroparesis. He is on time to every appointment which is rare. The staff are always helpful. I recommend him and this practice highly!!
I had a schedule colonoscopy procedure done. The experience with the staff, nurses was just the best. Dr. Espinoza was great explained everything clearly. I the level professionalism was impeccable.

Dr chumly is very unprofessional and he never wants to offer nothing but expensive tests that your insurance won't cover he has been no help to me at all. Going to try to get a a reference from my pcp for another Dr there because I will never recommend Dr chumley to anyone. He very rude.
Caring physicians, exceptional patient centered care and attention to quality
I have had chronic bowel, severe reflux for quite a long time. I have been treated by other specialists back in the Ft. Worth area with medications that didn’t help. I now live in Helotes. I saw Dr Ali and on my first visit he recommended new meds, gave me samples to try out and is contacting my pcp for further treatment evaluation. Dr Ali is attentive, compassionate and caring. I have felt so much better than I have felt in a long time!
