RecommendedThis was my 3rd time having this done and my second time at this location. Didn't have much of a wait to be taken back to be get set up. Everyone was nice and friendly and treated me with respect. Was talking to one of the nurses and next thing I know a very lovely nurse was telling me to wake up and that we were done. I have nothing but good thoughts about these folks. Whether this is your first time or like myself and have gone through it before, I would tell anyone you couldn't find a better group of doctors and nurses.

The staff at the Live Oak location is so wonderful...from the front office staff to the nurses to the check out staff. As for Dr. Arnold----he is absolutely great!!! He takes his time to listen to you and talk to you. You don't feel rushed when you're there. He doesn't just brush you off like other doctors do. He actually cares about his patients. Super nice doctor and definitely would recommend him.
They are very organized, take time to answer your questions and are very polite. After having an endoscopy and colonoscopy procedure I realized it wasn't as bad as most people think. Dr. Arnold and his staff are wonderful.
Dr. Chumley and his staff, go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as possible, and I couldn't be happier with the courteous and helpful staff! And more especially, the personal time Dr. Chumley spends with you after the procedures detailing the results! -:) Happy patient !!!

Recently had the five-year follow-up check at the GCSA facility in Stone Oak. Everything went smoothly from check-in to departure. The whole staff was efficient, courteous, informative about the procedures involved, and great at answering questions. Dr. Jackson was super and came by in recovery to convey/discuss the results and answer any questions. Kudos to all involved!
