I was and am not real pleased with my experience with this company. I still don't think that my procedure should have been coded as diagnostic instead of preventive. I am trying to prevent colon cancer by having pre-cancerous polyps found and removed. That is the very definition of preventive. I work nights and I have a limited time frame in which to schedule a procedure like this and to be called a week before the procedure and told that I would have an out of pocket cost for a procedure, that must be paid in advance of the... read more
Dr. Jones is a true professional that explains things where anyone can understand them. Dr. Jones also answers all questions and gives his expert advise on any subject related to your visit. I appreciate the fact he never seems in a hurry to rush you in and out.
