The entire staff is very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They take their time to answer all your questions and make sure you completely understand. They're extremely knowledgeable as well, the physicians are patient and sweet as well. Best doctors I've met and genuinely care for their patients and listen to all your concerns or questions. Kathy Roy I had a endoscopic ultrasound performed by Dr. Alejandro Pruitt on Oct 12, 2016. He couldn't give me 10 mintues of time after procedure. The man lacks bedside manners and was very rude. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Pruitt to my worse enemy him, in fact he could learn some custormer service skills and bedside manners from the staff because they were great.
I have been going to the clinic on medical area for many years and have not been disappointed, keep up the good work

Went for a colonoscopy today. The office sent me email information in preparation, that sent me to the wrong office. I had to drive to another office which made us 20 min late. Both the admissions staff and the techs were cold and impersonal and appear to be a HIGHLY overworked. The place felt like a cattle call. The medical staff was excellent. However, after waiting an hour to see the doc post op, I finally left! Will seek out another option next time. This practice seems way overbooked and too busy.
