Without a doubt this facility and all of its staff deserve above 5 stars! From start to finish, everyone I encountered was extremely kind, reassuring, and professional. It was immediately apparent that I was in the care of a top-notch team. The procedure was timely and efficient, and I felt truly safe all the way through to my after-care and discharge. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Sally, I felt welcomed by all the wonderful staff. Thank you Claudia, Dr. Cho and especially Bernadette who took the time to explain everything to me although Dr. Cho was going to do so. Thanks to the lady who helped me to my car, sorry I forgot your name, the drugs hadn't worn off yet and thank you to anyone I missed. Also thank you for the Thank You card. All of the nurses here are so nice!! I didn't have to wait long to be seen, the nurse who brought me into the room was super nice and we laughed a lot which made me feel better about being there. I saw PA Lauren Hobi. She was so kind and listened to all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. As a black woman, this was such a positive experience where I felt heard, seen, and taken care of. Looking forward to going back in 4 months. It was the best experience I've ever had at a doctors office!!! Highly recommend!
