Waited over 2 hours for procedure then run off like a nuisance. It was Friday and they wanted to leave. Handed a paper giving a vague outline of problems along with a follow-up appointment. When i came for follow-up they had no record of it. They didnt even put it in the system. Dr. told me I had nothing wrong just my nerves. Had to go to another Doctor in Columbia and have my esophagus stretched. Was a waste of time!!! My mom went even after I told her not to. Staff never returns calls doctor insisted he sent records must have wrong email as I have not received them left messages stating my correct address they did not change or call me back gave me medication for acid reflex called to see how long it will be before it kicks in no return call. Heart burn never. Changed maybe wring medication staff very miserable never smiles like robots. Will find a new doctor and staff
