Not fair to ppl at all. I had a colon appointment which I had to pay 75.00 for the stuff to drink before the test. Which i am on disability don't get paid alot of money as is. I tried to drink it and I kept throwing it up. I called the surgery place that night talked to the on call doctor he told me he would tell them on staff that I would not be coming in bc I got sick on the stuff. Was triggered and called to make appointment two day in a row said 30 minutes to answer next day it said 45 minutes. There is no way they are that busy with calls and can’t take appointments I wonder how much work they lose because they are unorganized what a joke
Dr. Garson and his staff were all so kind and made me feel extremely comfortable heading into my procedure. You could feel the personal connection between them all and I felt that as a patient as well. My procedure was on time and went smoothly and I was provided with a wealth of follow up information afterwards as well. Highly recommend making the trip to Niagara Falls for any procedure with Dr. Garson and his staff!!
Office totally unorganized. After side effect of medicine Holly gave me that I said didn't want possibility of TD. On call Dr. Was Dr. GARSON. Told benedryl if not hospital and office will call tomorrow. Holly called at 4:25 said she's in office for next few minutes. Another day, no new medication, of course now Friday and my pharmacy doesn't deliver on weekends and I don't drive. Tried in 2020 to have my health issue solved. Testing, bad medicine, pandemic. Office unorganized, thought because of pandemic I thought but still... read more
