Outrageous wait times. Staff told me only had 2 people on front of me because I knew I had to leave at a certain time for a college class. Already had 6 others for Dr. Surles called back. I am already looking for a new GI. I won’t be back.

I don’t even know where to start! My husband was referred to Dr. Fahmy, but ended up with Dr. Xiao. My husband was in so much pain, but trying to call Dr. Xiao was a waste of time. There is not one circumstance where they will call him after hours. The standard answer is, “if you think it’s bad, go to ER.” The staff was just as bad. RecommendedThe office in Southaven is awesome. They took very good care of me, they all were very patient and caring. I am not a very good patient but they made my experience great Dr. Chaudry is great and has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend him My nurse was Lindsey, she has to be the kindest, sweetest most patient person I have ever encountered. Once you get past the prep, the rest is a breeze.
