Refused to see me. I call the office and his nurse took over a week to call back. By that time I had seen another doctor. I finally was able to make an appointment to see Roland Leal and after getting there he refused to see me.

Am here now with my sister and I am appalled at the total lack of professionalism by your receptionists. Speaking I'll about a patient that just left on the phone and to her coworker. Violating HIPPA and ethics. I will be calling this in.
This is the best Gastro Group ever! Every single person in this group is the kindest, most caring and professional group around. Dr. John Ward is awesome!! He cares about his patients and truly has an interest in their care and finding a diagnosis. At this office your not just a number, Dr Ward makes you feel special and he has a total interest in helping you . I had an EGD there and couldn't have been more pleased with my care.
