RecommendedI love my g i doctor, Dr Younes he is so down to earth yet very thorough.
So I read a post saying that Gastro One is sending letters to make up for their lost revenue because of COVID-19. I got a letter thinking it was nice to be checked on but it appears you all were just checking in on my pockets. I’ll drive to Mars before I patronize Gastro One again. Especially after losing a mother to colon cancer my GI health is very important to me but that’s just disgusting. I’d much rather see you all giving back than preying on your patients pockets.
Gastro One is apparently going through their files and calling on patients in order to make up for the Covid 19 losses of business. We tried desperately to get an appointment last year for my husband but could not. We got a mysterious call and he went for the appointment. They gave him a prescription for prep meds and mislead him about the cost being so high and the fact that they sent him to their Pharmacy. They charged a whopping $60 for what normally is only $20. Friendly, efficient and qualified staff. Appointments are done in a reasonable time frame. explanation of medical issues and follow-up procedures and appointments.
They really took great care of me from beginning to end. The hardest part of the colonoscopy is truly the prep. When you get those two bottles down, the rest is a cake walk. Definitely recommend their services! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Gastro One have the BEST Doctors and staff. I would never think of going anywhere else. Have UC and have seen Dr. Elsakr since 2001. He is a very caring doctor and will get me right in when having a flare. Thanks “Gastro One”
