Quick, efficient, professional, convenient and friendly. Explained what was going on every step of the way
Everyone was so kind. Everything was explained before hand so there were no surprises! This goes for the scheduler explaining what all the test entails and the time involved, to the front desk at the testing center explaining the different types of drinks and how the process works, to the woman who performed the CT explaining everything she was going to do before she did it and the purpose behind it. I could not have dreamt of a better experience top to bottom
Everyone was very kind and explained the procedure throughly. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
