Personable staff. Helpful on the phone for scheduling. Dr Rubin is very attentive, communicative and patient. He is concerned and caring.
Everything is perfect
I give my appointment a B-/C+. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30, but I didn’t see the doctor until 12:40, which was understandably frustrating. The woman at the front desk didn’t seem particularly welcoming—she appeared unhappy, and her demeanor wasn’t super pleasant. I even saw one patient come in, speak with her briefly, and then storm out. The check-in area is almost entirely enclosed in glass, with a sign warning that bad behavior won’t be tolerated.
