I tried calling here to make an appt as a new patient, I didn't even make it past the secretary. She was rude and kept giving me buts. I asked for the closest appt w any doctor and she said "I can't pick the doctor for you". When I told her 2 names of doctors, she told me they are proctologists, not GI. I had to google search and get a random doctor. After I picked up the doctor, she was rude, saying we had an appt and never showed up.
