This place is upbeat but intimate. It's something for everybody and every event. Every visit is always fun. The wait for your food is never long and the waitress/waiters are always accommodating.
Very nice experience! Red wine should not be served so warm ("room temperature"), it should be chilled just a bit in such a warm location - this seems to be an issue in every restaurant in the area... Otherwise very nice! Definitely can recommend!
We had an amazing night there last Saturday. The service and food left nothing to be desired. This is why we come here each time we are in town!
The food was delicious. The portions are big. It was fun to cook your own steak. Something different.
The food was good, but the service left a lot to be desired...It wasn't the servers fault...They got slammed, not expecting the International Association of Police Chiefs to be in town...Our server was harried, running from table to table; Drink orders were slow (which was probably a good thing; Bartender used his shaker only ONCE in the hour that we were there). The experience here was One of the best that my husband and I have had dining out. We had to sit outside and enjoy all the activities that this part of town provides . My husband grilled the petite fillet mignon's and garlic bread perfectly. The salad and potatoes were more than we could eat. I finished our dinner off with a sugar daddy - which is a chocolate martini – it was out of this world! We will be back to this wonderful, fun restaurant when we come back to San Diego! Great place to bring clients in the area. Very up beat atmosphere and friendly staff. Great theme to go along with the self prepared food.
We had a great time and the food was excellent! Quite an experience with our crew grilling their own steak.
You have to be careful on what you order. The side portions are huge! Thankfully Pablo told us we were might be over doing it. The Brussel sprouts were fantastic, and my wife and I enjoyed cooking our steaks the way we like them. They turned out perfect with the garlic bread. Great night, good strong cocktails. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back.
