VERY NICE. CLEAN. they could improved in their breakfast, but overall very nice.
An amazing old style hotel in the very heart of the city. I would have given it 5stars but the double room is VERY small, only JUST enough room to get in bed on one side, easier in the other side. We are on a USA trip from UK we have 3 suitcases plus a couple of bags and there is nowhere to put them! We have to move the chair in front of door at night to give us some room. Staff very welcoming and polite, parking a bit of a rip off, but the hotel is so very well situated to all the restaurants etc..
Awesome place! The staff was friendly, the building is beautiful, and it's in the heart of the gaslamp district so everything is in walking distance. I've worked at the awhanee hotel as a roomskeeper and let me tell you, these guys have 5 star service.
This was my first time staying here. I really enjoyed the front desk staff super friendly. We checked in with Mary she has a really great bubbly personality. Also enjoy the fact that our hotel is located in center of town
