The level of professionalism was quite lacking, as I was made to wait for several hours without anyone attending to the reception. It was an exceedingly unpleasant experience.
Terrible clinic. They are far more concerned about insurance than they are about helping you with your medical condition. Avoid.
I arrived exactly at 11a.m. for my work injury medical appointment. My work injury occurred more than 5 years ago and I needed a medical exam clearance for surgery. Approximately 45 minutes later after filling out paperwork I had my vitals taken and bloodwork drawn. Next I was sent into a room for an EKG which took just a few minutes. Tge assistant told me the MD would be in shortly. I waited in a chair for at least 30 minutes and tge lights automatically shut off. Too many cops
I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism coming from this office. After suffering a cognitive injury, I came to this office to get the care that I desperately needed but was met with more stress. Please see my concerns below: Day of Initial Appt. 1. I'm not sure if this person is a nurse, but a woman wearing scrubs was taking down my personal information on a post-it note which visibly had others' information on there.
