The finest steakhouse in the Eureka Springs area. Our specialty of the house is Prime Rib. We proudly serve Certified Angus Beef from Creekstone Farms and 21-Day Aged Omaha Steaks. All of our entrees include your choice of Soup or Salad and Fresh Bread, plus a Baked Potato, Long Grain Wild Rice or Fettuccine with a Garlic Cream Sauce. We look forward to seeing you.

Looking for the best prime rib you have EVER had? This is the place!!! I make a mean prime rib, with an incredible crust, but the taste of this crust is absolutely unbelievable. I'm pretty sure it has rosemary in it... My wife had the prime rib, and I had the 16 once rib eye steak, that was seasoned, and cooked just right. A wonderful experience! They warned us they had filled up fast and service would be slow. But it was not so slow as to try the patience of the three year old we had with us. Our food was great as well as the service!
Service was great..steaks are to die for as was the homemade blue cheese dressing. It's smaller so expect a wait but well worth it.
We made our first visit to Gaskin's last night and had a fantastic dinner. Our server, Andy was efficient and attentive. Had the best prime rib I've ever eaten. We'll definitely be making Gaskin's Cabin a regular for our future Eureka Springs visits.

We had pig wings, a ribeye, prime rib & key lime pie. The food and the atmosphere were excellent. I highly recommend checking this place out!
