The finest steakhouse in the Eureka Springs area. Our specialty of the house is Prime Rib. We proudly serve Certified Angus Beef from Creekstone Farms and 21-Day Aged Omaha Steaks. All of our entrees include your choice of Soup or Salad and Fresh Bread, plus a Baked Potato, Long Grain Wild Rice or Fettuccine with a Garlic Cream Sauce. We look forward to seeing you.

We love this place! The prime rib and mushroom soup are my favorites. Very nice couple.
Our Anniversary dinner at Gaskins was amazing, everything we had was great and the steak was cooked just like we like and had such a great flavor. We will recommend Gaskins to everyone we know that's coming to Eureka Springs!
We went last year and again this year. Food is great steaks and prime rib. We need to share the meat such large portions. No dessert this yr but did before. Highly recommend we will go every trip to Eureka Springs.
We had a group of around 14 so that may have been part of the reason our service was so bad. We had a reservation and were glad to find that they had tables for us when we got there. It was all downhill after that though. It was 45 minutes before we got salads or bread. It was almost 2 hours by the time we got our entrees. They forgot to bring out my wife's appetizer entirely until I asked and then it didn't arrive until our entrees did. This restaurant is fine dining at it's best. Yes, it is pricey, and yes, it is worth every penny. From the mushroom soup, to the homemade blue cheese dressing, to the succulent 'melt in your mouth' steaks, to the delicious dessert. Highly recommended!!!!
