Cannot recommend this shop enough. Took a gamble after reading the reviews as I was looking for someone to change out my waterpump/thermostat and do the general EGR cleaning for my 2016 Prius. From the moment I called, their shop was extremely professional, told me exactly what they would do, and completed the job in less time than they originally quoted. I almost never write reviews... (I know, tons of people say that) but I had to for this. Made an appointment for same day replacement on March 28th for a head gasket replacement for a newly acquired 2012 Prius V that I bought with a head gasket leak. All I got to say is Brian is awesome. Seems to be exactly what their website and YouTube channel says. They know the EGR clogging and subsequent head gasket failure prone to the gen 3 Prius, and that means they do the fix as fast as, if not faster than the dealer.
