I’ve been using this company for years for my gas appliance installation. Most recently I contacted them for upgrading an appliance/new appliance installation. Oh how times have changed. I understand you may have new policies, but it’s all in the way you communicate with your clients. If you’re going to be rude you’re going to lose clients. Enough said.
The guys are the best. I am HOA president for our condo and contacted them for our Fire-pit. They fixed the issue in minutes and got us a part that I have been trying to get for over a year. I cannot say enough good words about their quality of work, professionalism and knowledge. Use these guys- you will not be disappointed.
No problem ordering on the website. I even got a call to tell me the items I ordered were not compatible so changed my order telephonically. All good so far, just waiting for delivery now.
