Horrible service, poor waitstaff. Took forever to get our drinks but while just receiving our appetizers, dinner arrived 5 minutes behind it. Saw our waitress 3 times max.
My family and I were in town later than expected. We wanted to have a non-chain restaurant meal and a minimal wait since we had a three hour drive ahead of us. We were seated quicker than I expected and the service was good. The atmosphere was adult enough to not feel like you were in a family restaurant, but kid friendly enough for our 11 year old daughter. The waiter was friendly and they were able to accommodate a change my daughter requested in her meal. There was also a decent gluten fee selection which is a rare find.
The chili was great. My first time coming here and I enjoyed it. My next trip to Newport I will be back!
Fish and chips were amazing & the fries were delicious. My boyfriend had the gas lamp pasta dish and that was delicious as well.
