If u expect them to take care of u as tenants/ forget about it. They won’t open up more elevators when other elevators break down- the hot tub and pool will be out of service for over 6mos out of the year- and when u move out they will take ur entire secure deposit even if u hire cleaners and ppl to patch up ur holes. Don’t move here. The security guys are amazing though.
