Love Dr. Garza. He operated on our rescue’s double luxating patellas. She made a full recovery and you would never know she had problems in the first place. He’s a good person and a great vet.
(1) Be more sensitive toward the clent. (2) Accept responsibility for your mistakes and be willing to compensate or at least compromise in a solution that would help treat the patient. (3) Be more patient care driven rather than monetarily driven. (Your staff was very adamant about pointing out what I did wrong and should've done differently, but were unwilling to admit and make right the mistake they made which made it impossible for me to carry out the instructions given me to treat my pet after spending $103)
