Deberian dar la informaciòn correcta cuando uno llame. Me dijeron que los sabados no era por cita, si no por orden de llegada hasta las 11am. Cuando llego ANTES DE LAS 11AM, me dicen que el Dr. no està aceptando mas por el dìa por el cupo. Pues entonces no es por orden de llegada es por capacidad. Serìa mejor si trabajaran por cita.

Hola Milagros, lo siento mucho que no le indicaron que se pueden parar las consultas por sobre cupo. Cómo somos clínica sin citas, no tenemos el control de saber cuantas consultas llegan. Tratamos de ayudar los más casos possible. Tomaremos el consejo de tener citas. Lo tenemos contemplado, pero debido a la pandemia estamos trabajado Curb-side y se toma más tiempo para atender. La sugerencia para nuestros clientes sería llegar lo más temprano possible. Gracias por su sugerencia.
