WHERE IS THE PROFESSIONALISM?I wasted $15 on Uber to get to the clinic. As I was waiting I get a phone call and that is when I was asked if I had been at the clinic before and then notified that they are not taking in any new pets if they are sick. Where is the professionalism? They should have asked if it was a new pet and the reason for the visit when I called. Now I’m out my money and still have a sick pet. I wasn’t even offered anything to mitigate my disappointment.
because we took our dog here recently for ear cropping and while there he got Parvo now we don't know if he's gonna pull through
RecommendedI have been going here for years. I love the staff, they are always caring and let you no what’s going on with your fur baby. Dr. Garza is a sweetheart, very honest!
I brought my 3 pit bulls here for ears crops & im always satisfied with the work Dr. Garza does on them, also the staff are really friendly! I highly recommend this place 👍🏽
They did a horrible job recently with a momma dog that died. They mis diagnosed the poor dog with parasites and sent the pet owner home with antibiotics. After symptoms got worse, the pet owner took her dog to an emergency pet clinic who correctly diagnosed the momma dog with having a dead puppy still inside. The dog had recently had puppies. The momma had to be euthanized and the puppies are now motherless. NEVER will I EVER trust this place with my dog.

Dr. Garza is a very nice gentleman who helps you with just about anything you need with animal care. He does an excellent job on ear cropping with our Dobermans. Todics Classic Dobermans❤️
