I went here looking at a particular car that had been on the lot for months. I did my research and assuming everything was alright I was ready to purchase the vehicle. Victor was alright but pointed out that I was young multiple times. I test drove the vehicle and noticed some poorly done work on the car. Do not recommend. Quality of work is subpar and visible to the untrained eye.
If I could give a zero, I would but I cant! I applied for a car loan using their online application process and I did not even get a call or an email in response. Joke of a dealership!
Test drove three vehicles on the lot and were ‘ready’ , none of them are in sellable condition. Missing panels, door handles broken, chipped windshields. When asked about remediating these issues on the one vehicle we liked, Victor simply never replied again. It’s clear they do the bare minimum cosmetically to fix the obvious issue, but are not taking it seriously to actually fully repair the vehicle.
