DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! i placed an order online and was charged but when i called to confirm my order the person on the phone stated they never got it and that this it must have been placed on a fake website but i got the website from this exact link above. The person was very rude and offered no help or solution. If you guys have a faulty link then it needs to be fixed and you shouldnt make it seem to be the customers fault.
Worst experience of sending flowers ever. I used to use trost and steinfurth but I guess they closed. I live in Washington state, and just wanted something special for my mom. She's gone thruba horrible surgery, then infection and back to surgery again. And I couldn't be there. Just wanted a beautiful bouquet for my mom for mothers day. I ordered it 5 days early, and they failed to deliver it to her on Sat, and the basket that showed up is HALF what I ordered. Not even close to the picture of what I ordered. I left a revieve about the fact that my mom received a hald as* compared to what I bought. I paid over 100 for a beautiful basket to be delivered to my mom. They delivered it a day late even though I ordered it 5 days early. The owner finally called me back and talked over me, was EXTREMELY rude and said fine he'll go pick up the the half basket that was delivered to my mom, and cancel my oder and hung up on me. You Can't ask for better service . Pick up or delivery They go above and beyond. And also are very helpful with everything from start to finish 10 out of 10 star service.. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family. They saved me so much trouble. The online shops on Google arnt half as good. I am Very pleased and thankful for Gary's flower shop. Coming through when the other florist i had gotten online failed. Gary's made the delivery for me with very short notice. I couldn't be happier
