Front desk clerks were very nice and helpful, and the wait time was reasonable. The X-ray tech was very professional, and Grace Ann is truly a sweetheart. However, my experience with Dr. Estes was disappointing. Although she saw me quickly, I left without any real understanding of what might be causing my lower-back issue or how I could manage it at home. There was no effort to connect, ask questions, or look deeper into the root cause. Instead, the immediate suggestion was injections and oral medication. She didn’t schedule a... read more

I wish I’d checked reviews first…the negative comments are nearly identical. Melisa Estes is one of the rudest physicians l've ever met. She’s worse than having no bedside manner—she has ATROCIOUS bedside manner. I was only able to speak AT ALL by interrupting her. She didn't have a conversation with me--she lectured me.Her “examination” consisted of checking that I can move my head around and asking if I felt tender in the 2 places she touched my neck and back. She advised that I get multiple additional scans and exams. I h... read more

It has been 11 years since I had Dr. Noble do a right knee replacement. It got infected 11 week later and had a revision. Then I got Stephen Jonson syndrome and was in hospital for 2 more weeks. After 11 years, my right knee is still not good. Always have pain and and other doctors will not do another revision.Dr. Noble has a great personality with people, but I would never recommend him for any replacements.

All of the negative reviews are highly accurate and stay away from this Dr! She is rude, condescending, won’t let you finish a sentence, and when you try to explain your symptoms to her, she counters you and tells you basically that you’re wrong. She will not give you eye contact and when she does look at you it is with an angry look on her face. I had an x-ray, was given three shots in that area of the pain, I was given very little information, and then all of a sudden she walks out and the visits over and I’m left they’re ... read more

He performed a tibial tendon repair in 2021, which was the reason for my seeing the doctor. During surgery, he decided to restructure my foot having nothing to do with my tendon tear. I have had nothing but problems with that foot ever since. The work he had done to my heel for the tendon tear has been fine and has nothing to do with the additional, unnecessary work he did for the same foot. The insurance company determined it was not a necessary surgery. I have lost feeling on the left side of my foot to my toes. It is very... read more

Had similar 6 mos ago issue he said it was misdiagnosed ( uh 3 Drs and my radiologist friend all said same diagnosis) Gave benefit of the doubt went for 2nd visit with MRI results. Still not completely sure what his wishy washy diagnosis was guessing it was still tendon related. I said what next.. cast if you don’t want boot. I ask about prp only then does he mention stem cell, my husband asks about surgery, only then does he mention surgery but vague. On way out I see his broch... read more
