Yes, the surgery went well. BUT Doctor Wexler (and much of the staff) is extremely rude. Gave me zero options or information prior to surgery. At our first meeting, I was telling my medical history in regard to the specific body part... Wexler could not have cared less. He just wanted to schedule me for surgery and be done. On 3 separate occasions (check-ups) he has come into the examine room, said "I'll be right back in to see you.." and then he never returns. In and out, zero compassion. I was referred to Dr. Wexler by a local WPB physician for an issue with advanced osteoarthritis. While the doctor was quite personable and professional at the time of my visits, I have come to learn (through some very deceptive billing practices in which his office is engaged) that the big smile was a bit of a front. I am so grateful to Dr. Andrew Noble. His innovations in total knee replacement procedures afford his patients the greatest gift ever! After years of suffering and postponing the inevitable, I took the first step to reclaiming my health and wellness by choosing Dr. Noble and his incredible team. Would not recommend at all. Seemed like she was in a rush and didn't have time for questions. Attitude was fake friendly.
Wish I had read these reviews before I saw Melisa Estes today! The reviews are accurate--bad attitude, patronizing and rushed. She and her assistant could not even properly write orders for additional scans--I went back into the office three times before I had correct orders. Plus, the doctor ordered a nuclear medicine bone scan, duplicating what had already been done BECAUSE she did not read the reports/CD's I brought in. Shockingly awful.
