If I could give Legacy Chevrolet in Greenwood zero stars, I would. This has been, without question, the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I spent thousands of dollars on a transmission replacement, only to be back less than a year later needing another one. My receipt clearly states there is a labor and parts warranty, yet I was still charged over $2,000. What exactly is the warranty for if customers are still expected to pay? It gets even worse. Drew, my service advisor, took the time to explain the issues why my truck was “sputtering” at 35 mph ( transmission fluid). And he thoroughly explained the recommendations as well as the findings found during the diagnostic work up. Truck runs excellent now!
