I am extremely disappointed with this dealership's service department. My elderly aunt's Buick Envision recently had four new Michelin directional tires installed. We later discovered that ALL FOUR tires were mounted backwards, meaning the directional tread is rotating opposite to the manufacturer's specified direction as indicated by the large INSIDE word on the tire noticed by us, but ironically not the installer??? Can't say enough good things about the Service Department at Legacy. Only received the most professional and friendly service from everyone I interacted with there. Scott and Kristina especially went above and beyond to assist me while dealing with a warranty issue on my 1500 ZR2. I won't be getting my truck serviced anywhere else, that's for sure!

over price for services that really should be cheaper than it was. Had work done on fuel system weeks later back for same thing with a bigger bill and no incentive for the previous visit. Dealership I won't visit again
